Rusagro announces introduction of export quotas on grains and export duties on wheat 16.12.20

From 15 February to 30 June, 2020 export quotas on grains (wheat, barley and corn) at the level of 17.5 million tonnes will be introduced. This quota will be allocated among producers in proportion to their export volumes during calendar year of 2020. Also, export duty on wheat will be introduced at the level of 25 EUR/tonne. Other grain crops continue to be free of export duties. If wheat export volumes exceeds the quota, than the export duty should be 50% of FOB price, but not less than 100 EUR/tonne. At the moment Rusagro's stocks of grains amount to 350 thousand tonnes.
