Roshow Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002617) entered into an equity purchase agreement to acquire Zhejiang Roshow Photoelectric Co., Ltd. from Sunnystone Group Co., Ltd. for CNY 15 million on April 17, 2020. Payment will be done in one single installments within 15 days since signing of the relevant agreement. As of December 31, 2019, Zhejiang Roshow Photoelectric reported total assets of CNY 163.1 million, net assets of CNY 0.9 million and operating revenues of CNY 6.2 million. The transaction is subject to approval of shareholders of Roshow Technology Co., Ltd. and was approved by the 41st meeting of the 4th directorate of Roshow Technology Co., Ltd. Zhejiang Roshow Photoelectric Co., Ltd. needs to release the mortgage guarantee for the Sunnystone Group.

Roshow Technoiogy Co.,Ltd is a China-based company principally engaged in the production and sale of enameled wires, electromechanical products and sapphire products. The enameled wire business mainly produces high temperature copper enameled wires, fine copper wires and high temperature aluminum enameled wires, with the products used in electric tools, motors, household appliances, electronics, communications and transportation. The electrical and mechanical service business mainly provides new energy motors, turbochargers and sapphire crystal furnaces and other mechanical and electrical products. The sapphire business mainly provides sapphire, which is used in light-emitting diode (LED) substrate materials, consumer electronics and optical components.
