Rosneft has received a letter of resignation from Karin Kneissl, Austria's former foreign minister, regarding her departure as a member of the oil company's board of directors. Former German chancellor Gerhard Schroeder and CEO of Nord Stream 2 AG Matthias Warnig had previously announced that they each were unable to continue in their respective positions on Rosneft's board of directors, and that they were resigning.
