Rosseti : win top places at four respected annual report competitions

Rosseti and the Group's seven subsidiaries were awarded prizes at national and international competitions by Moscow Exchange and RCB Media Group, MarCom Awards, LACR Vision Awards, ARC Awards for the best corporate practices and approaches to information disclosure.

Rosseti's Annual Report 2019 received the highest award at MarCom Awards competition in 'Corporation' category, and the annual report by Rosseti FGC UES was honoured by platinum awards in 'Corporate Social Responsibility' and 'Corporation' categories.

IGDC of North-West, Rosseti South and Rosseti Centre were awarded prizes at LACP Vision Awards Annual Report Competition held by the League of American Communications Professionals, as well as in 'Electric Power Company' category of the ARC Awards. In addition, high appraisal by LACP Vision Awards experts enabled Rosseti Moscow Region and Rosseti North-West to be included in the list of the 100 Best Annual Reports in the world.

At the XXIII Annual Report Competition organized by Moscow Exchange and RCB Media Group, several companies of the Group became major and minor prize winners at once:
• Rosseti FGC UES was ranked first for the 'Best Quality of Disclosure with Respect to Sustainable Development in the Annual Report', and second in the nominations of 'Best Disclosure of Information on Corporate Governance in the Annual Report' and 'Best Disclosure on a Website'.
• Interregional Distribution Grid Company of Center and Volga Region and IDGC of North-West were ranked first and third, respectively, in one of the key nominations - 'Best Annual Report by a Company with a Market Cap of up to RUB 40 Billion'.
• Rosseti Lenenergo received the grand prize in 'Best Corporate Website Design and Navigation' category.

The high opinion of the jury at these reputable competitions testify to the efficiency of the actions aimed at improving corporate governance, undertaken by Rosseti Group.
