Moscow, Russia - 19 April 2022. Rostelecom PJSC (MOEX: RTKM, RTKMP; OTCQX: ROSYY), the largest digital service provider in Russia, has successfully completed a secondary placement of RUB 3 billion of 001P-05R series bonds repurchased previously through a put offer.

With the offering price set at 101.50% of the bond's par value, the offering was oversubscribed by more than three times. The bond matures on 21 March 2029 and has a nominal value of RUB 1,000 each. Proceeds generated from the bond placement will be used for refinancing purposes. Gazprombank acted as the placement arranger.

Sergey Anokhin, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Rostelecom:
"The RUB 3 billion of proceeds raised via this secondary placement will be used to refinance Rostelecom's current debt portfolio without taking on additional debt. We continue to enjoy public debt financing at highly attractive rates, even amid a complex geopolitical environment and high macroeconomic uncertainty, volatility and upheaval across the entire financial sector, evidencing investors' confidence in Rostelecom's strong credit rating profile and the long-term resilience of the Company's robust business model."
