NOTIFICATION OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE ISSUER'S CONVERTIBLE BOND LISTING DOCUMENT

RBPlat has received approval from the JSE Limited (the "JSE") on the amendments to its convertible bond listing document (the "Listing Document"). A summary of the amendments effected is provided below:

• • Amendments to the terms and conditions to cater for amendments to the JSE Debt Listings Requirements (the "Requirements"), including but not limited to, changes to the following Terms

  and Conditions:

  • − Clause 18 (Notices);

  • − Clause 19 (Amendment of these Terms and Conditions); and

  • − Clause 20 (Meetings of Bondholders);

• • Updates to the Documents Incorporated by Reference section to include additional documents required to be incorporated by the Requirements and include links to same;

• • Updates to the Risk Factors section (now titled "Investor Considerations / Risk Factors");

• • Updates to the Form of Bonds and Settlement, Clearing and Transfers sections, to cater for amendments to Strate Proprietary Limited's rules and changes to the central securities depositary

  participants;

• • Updates to the Description of the Issuer section;

• • Amendments to cater for the movement of unlisted notes to Strate Proprietary Limited's platform;

• • Updates to the South African Taxation section;

• • Updates to the Exchange Control section;

• • Updates to the General Information section;

• • Updates to the Corporate Information section;

• • Definitions were removed or inserted to give effect to all of the above-mentioned amendments; and

• • Other technical changes.

The amended Listing Document is available for inspection at the registered office of RBPlat and has been made available for inspection on its website,https://www.bafokengplatinum.co.za/convertible- bonds.php .

The amended Listing Document will also be available for inspection on the JSE's website,www.jse.co.za.
