ROYAL BAM GROUP N.V. Bunnik, the Netherlands, 17 December 2019 - The Supervisory Board of Royal BAM Group nv announces that Mr R. Provoost is stepping down as member of the Supervisory Board of the company, due to personal circumstances. Mr Provoost was member of the Board since 6 November 2019.
De raad van commissarissen betreurt het dat de heer Provoost zich vanwege persoonlijke omstandigheden genoodzaakt ziet terug te treden en is gestart met het zoeken naar kandidaten om de vacature, die door het terugtreden van de heer Provoost is ontstaan, te vervullen.
The Supervisory Board regrets that Mr Provoost has to step down due to personal circumstances and is starting the search for candidates to fill the vacancy arising from his retirement.
