The Board announces that:

1. Mr Ravi Thimma Raju Kankipati has tendered his resignation as a responsible officer of the Manager due to personal reasons, with such resignation taking effect on 9 September 2016; and

2. Ms Elke Schoeppl-Jost has been appointed as a responsible officer of the Manager with effect from 5 September 2016. The SFC has approved Ms Schoeppl-Jost's application as a responsible officer of the Manager with effect from 5 September 2016.

Change of responsible officer of the Manager

The board of directors (the "Board") of RREEF China REIT Management Limited (the "Manager"), as the manager of RREEF China Commercial Trust ("RREEF CCT"), announces that:

1. Mr Ravi Thimma Raju Kankipati has tendered his resignation as a responsible officer of the Manager due to personal reasons, with such resignation taking effect on 9 September 2016; and

2. Ms Elke Schoeppl-Jost has been appointed as a responsible officer of the Manager with effect from 5 September 2016. The Securities and Futures Commission (the "SFC") has approved Ms Schoeppl-Jost's application as a responsible officer of the Manager with effect from 5 September 2016.

Ms Schoeppl-Jost, aged 41, is Managing Director, Regional Head of the Portfolio Management, Equities, Bonds and Multi-Asset Group, Asia Pacific of Deutsche Bank. Ms Schoeppl-Jost joined Deutsche Bank in 2014 with 15 years of industry experience at that time. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Ms Schoeppl-Jost was the Chief Investment Officer at BEA Union Investment Management Ltd. for 4 years. Before that, she was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Union Investment in Frankfurt. Ms Schoeppl-Jost holds a Master's Degree in Economics and Business from the University of Vienna.

All remuneration paid to Ms Schoeppl-Jost will be paid and borne by an affiliate of the Manager (not RREEF CCT) out of its own resources.

There is no other matter that needs to be brought to the attention of the unitholders of RREEF CCT in connection with the resignation of Mr Kankipati, or the appointment of Ms Schoeppl-Jost, as a responsible officer of the Manager. There is no change to the composition of the Board.

Lastly, the Board confirms that the Manager has maintained proper books and records of RREEF CCT in Hong Kong.
