RS Group plc announced that Navneet Kapoor has advised the Board of his intention to step down from his role as Independent Non-Executive Director to focus on his executive commitments at A.P.Møller-Maersk A/S. It has been agreed that Navneet Kapoor will leave the Board on 31 December 2024. Navneet joined the Board in June 2022 and is a member of the Audit and Nomination Committees.
