Navneet Kapoor to Step Down as Independent Non-Executive Director of RS Group plc on 31 December 2024

RS Group plc announced that Navneet Kapoor has advised the Board of his intention to step down from his role as Independent Non-Executive Director to focus on his executive commitments at A.P.Møller-Maersk A/S. It has been agreed that Navneet Kapoor will leave the Board on 31 December 2024. Navneet joined the Board in June 2022 and is a member of the Audit and Nomination Committees.
