RTL Group's board appointed Thomas Rabe as the company's CEO, effective April 1, following the resignation of Bert Habets. Rabe will continue to act as CEO and chairman of Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA at the same time.
In addition, RTL Vice Chairman Martin Taylor will now serve as the Luxembourg company's chairman and James Singh will begin to assume the vice chairman role.
