The net profit of Groupe M6 was up 60.9 per cent to €276.6 million (2019: €171.9 million), following the completion of three major transactions in 2020; The merger of iGraal with Global Savings Group, opening up the capital of its subsidiary Bedrock to RTL Group and the disposal of the home shopping operating activity, generating capital gains of €123.5 million over the year.

Groupe M6's four free-to-air channels grew in strength during the year, attracting an average of 25.5 million viewers per day, representing a growth of 10 per cent compared to 2019.
