Rugvista Group AB (publ) reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was SEK 121.23 million compared to SEK 140.62 million a year ago. Revenue was SEK 121.67 million compared to SEK 140.98 million a year ago. Net loss was SEK 0.115 million compared to net income of SEK 18.55 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was SEK 0.01 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of SEK 0.89 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was SEK 0.01 compared to diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of SEK 0.89 a year ago.

Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 0.8 compared to SEK 2.44 a year ago.

RugVista Group offers online sales of carpets via online stores in 20 different languages through the brands RugVista and CarpetVista. The Company operates online platforms for carpet sales and offer its customers a wide and relevant range of design and traditional carpets with home delivery to consumers in different parts of Europe. RugVista offers its EU based customers free deliveries and returns free of charge. The business is divided into three segments: Private consumers (B2C), Business consumers (B2B), and Marketplaces & Other (MPO). The B2C segment represents the consumer market and is RugVista's core segment.
