Ryanair Holdings PLC said Thursday that three of its resolutions passed with low votes at its annual general meeting.

The budget airline said that the resolution to approve its remuneration report passed with 65.8% of the votes in favor.

Meanwhile, two nonexecutive directors also received low votes for their re-election. Howard Millar and Michael Cawley received 73.2% and 72% of the votes in favor, respectively.
