Ryanair Holdings PLC said late Thursday that the resolutions proposed at the annual general meeting to approve the reelection of two directors received a low number of votes, but were still passed.

The Irish low-cost carrier said that the resolutions to reelect Directors Michael Cawley and Howard Millar received 72.5% of votes cast each.
