Dafora S.A., leader of the Romanian drilling market, is pleased to announce the signing of the contract with RAG Kiha Ltd. for drilling works to be performed in Szeged area, Hungary.

The works, with an estimated of approx. EUR 3.000.000, are due to run for a period of 1 year (with with the possibility to extend) and entail drilling of 2 wells with one additional well as an option.

Dafora SA is a Romania-based company primarily engaged in drilling and construction activities. The Company is active in the provision of drilling services for oil, gas and geothermal water sectors. Additionally, it provides services of wells repair and cleaning. Dafora SA offers its drilling services in Africa and Europe, including Romania, Tanzania, Uganda, Sudan, Mozambique, Bulgaria, France and Ukraine. It is also involved in civil and industrial construction services. On September 30, 2013, Dorafa SA sold a 32.99% stake of Foraj Sonde SA.
