VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

BECOMING A CONSTITUENT OF HANG SENG FAMILY OF INDEXES

This is a voluntary announcement made by S-Enjoy Service Group Co. Ltd. (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") to provide shareholders of the Company and potential investors on the Group's latest development.

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of the Company was notified that the Company has been selected as a constituent stock of series indices of Hang Seng Indexes Company Limited, including Hang Seng Composite Small Cap Index ("HSSI") of the Hang Seng Composite Index ("HSCI"), Hang Seng Stock Connect Hong Kong Index ("HSHKI"), Hang Seng Stock Connect Hong Kong Small Cap Index ("HSHKS"). To the Directors' understanding, being enlisted as a constituent stock of the HSSI fulfills preliminary conditions to becoming a candidate for the "Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect Program". The latter is a channel that facilitates stock trading and investment between Hong Kong and a broader base of China investors.

HSCI offers a comprehensive Hong Kong market benchmark that covers about the top 95th percentile of the total market capitalisation of companies listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. HSCI can be used as a basis for index funds, mutual funds as well as performance benchmarks, and assists international and local investors in formulating investment strategies.

The Board is of the view that it is expected to be conducive in introducing more diversified investors for the Company and to promote the Company's reputation in the capital markets as a result of the selection of the Company as a constituent stock of the abovementioned index series of Hang Seng Indexes Company Limited.
