The Board of Directors of S&P Global approved a 6.4% increase in the regular quarterly cash dividend on the Company's common stock. The quarterly dividend will increase from $0.85 per share to $0.90 per share. The dividend of $0.90 is payable on March 10, 2023, to shareholders of record on February 24, 2023.
The new annualized dividend rate is $3.60 per share.
