Forfeiture of Unclaimed Dividends

Pursuant to the articles of association of Sa Sa International Holdings Limited (the "Company"), all dividends unclaimed for six years after having been declared may be forfeited and shall revert to the Company.

As provided by Article 156 of the articles of association of the Company, all dividends unclaimed after a period of six years from the date of declaration of such dividend may be forfeited by the board of directors of the Company (the "Board") and shall revert to the Company. The Board wishes to inform the shareholders of the Company that the following dividends remaining unclaimed on 8 January 2018 will be forfeited and revert to the Company:

Shareholders of the Company who are entitled to but yet to receive the dividend payments or cash in their dividend warrants in respect of the dividend payments are advised to contact the Company's branch share registrar and transfer office in Hong Kong, Tricor Abacus Limited ("Tricor"), at Level 22, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Hong Kong as soon as possible but no later than 4:30 p.m. on 8 January 2018.
