On August 4, 2021, Sabra Health Care REIT, Inc. ("Sabra") issued a press release reporting its results of operations for the three month period ended June 30, 2021. (b) On August 4, 2021, Sabra announced that Harold Andrews, the Company's Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer (Principal Financial Officer) and Secretary, has decided to retire from Sabra, effective December 31, 2021, and Michael Costa, Sabra's Executive Vice President - Finance and Chief Accounting Officer, is expected to assume each of these positions effective January 1, 2022. The Company expects that Mr. Andrews will remain in a consulting role with Sabra following his retirement, pursuant to a two-year consulting arrangement that Sabra expects to enter into with Mr. Andrews at the time of his retirement. The press release announcing Mr. Andrews' retirement is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.4.
