MERLIN Properties and Sacyr Facilities,through the collaboration with Ozoniza,will continue to increase the range of sustainable activities and projects included in their sustainability plan, CSR and ESG with the reduction of 100% of packaging, chemicals, detergents that their cleaning teams had been using in their maintenance processes of the tower located north of Madrid in the surroundings of the new financial area. And Ozoniza for its part will associate its professional project with companies committed to its mission and executive vision, encouraging it to continue developing its portfolio of technologically efficient and environmentally friendly solutions.

This first collaborative project between MERLIN Properties, Sacyr Facilities and Ozoniza,which will last throughout the second half of 2021, will mean the total reduction of plastics, detergents, bleaches and chemicals destined for the cleaning activity of that Tower, maximizing the care and protection of the human teams that are dedicated to this activity through the replacement of chemicals by ozonated water, which does not generate any type of contact condition.
