Sacyr enters the Ibex 35, made up of the largest Spanish listed companies, a relevant milestone within the 2021-2025 Strategic Plan of the concession company.

Sacyr abandoned this index in June 2016, so it returns to it six years later.

The Ibex Technical Advisory Committee approved Sacyr's entry into the selective index of the Spanish stock market at its meeting on June 9. The Ibex is the main Spanish benchmark stock market index, which brings together the 35 most liquid companies in the country.

Strategic Plan 2021-2025

For Sacyr, entering the Ibex 35 is a relevant milestone within the 2021-2025 Strategic Plan . The incorporation to the selective is a direct consequence of the work well done by the company in recent years, which has been reflected both in the confidence of analysts and investors and in the evolution of the stock market.

The Strategic Plan is focused on creating value for all stakeholders and investors, with an annual dividend yield of close to 5%.

Sacyr's strategic focus is on concession assets, from which it obtains more than 80% of Ebitda. This business profile, reinforced by the Services and Engineering and Infrastructure divisions, allows the Group to have solid and recurring income and results, with a limited risk of changes in demand.
