Adani Road Transport Limited ('ARTL') agreed to acquire a 49% stake in Maharashtra Border Check Post Network Limited ('MBCPNL') from Sadbhav Infrastructure Project Limited ('SIPL') for INR 16.8 billion.

Adani Road Transport Limited ('ARTL') agreed to acquire a 49% stake in Maharashtra Border Check Post Network Limited ('MBCPNL') from Sadbhav Infrastructure Project Limited ('SIPL') for INR 16.8 billion on August 16, 2021 and will also have an option to acquire additional stake in MBCPNL. Subject to receipt of regulatory approvals, the transaction is expected to close by Q3 FY22.
