SAFILO INCREASES ITS STAKE IN PRIVÉ REVAUX

Padua, January 14, 2022 - Safilo Group S.p.A. informs that in light of David Schottenstein's resignation as Board member and CEO of Privé Goods LLC, the equity interest held by Schottenstein has been transferred to Safilo pursuant to the original contractual terms of the acquisition. As a result of the transaction, Safilo's controlling stake in Privé Revaux has increased from 64.2% to 81.9%.
