WebCrew Inc. agreed to acquire 48.1% stake in Saint-Plus Small Amounts and Short Term Insurance Co., Ltd. from Saint-Care Holding Corporation (TSE:2374) on February 26, 2019. WebCrew Inc. entered into an agreement to acquire 48.1% stake in Saint-Plus Small Amounts and Short Term Insurance Co., Ltd. from Saint-Care Holding Corporation on March 26, 2019. In a related transaction, WebCrew Inc. entered into an agreement to acquire 43.1% stake in Saint-Plus Small Amounts and Short Term Insurance Co., Ltd. from Regional Health Care Industry Support Fund, managed by REVIC Capital Co., Ltd. on March 19, 2019. WebCrew Inc. will acquire 10,516 shares in both the transactions. The transaction is subject to the approval of relevant authorities. The transaction is expected to be closed in May 2019.
