Building Materials Europe B.V. agreed to acquire Building distribution operations in the Netherlands from Compagnie de Saint-Gobain S.A. (ENXTPA:SGO) for €150 million on July 12, 2021. The transaction has been approved by the European Commission. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2021.
