  • The Salesforce Command Line Interface is being enhanced to support new, cross-cloud commands for creating projects, managing environments, and running automated tests across Salesforce.
  • Using Dynamic Interactions, employees are able to quickly verify shipping addresses of accounts, correct any errors made while entering customer information and view the address location on the map.
  • Flow Orchestrator maps out all the steps in a mortgage loan processing workflow to guide employees and save time.

  • The new 'Today' page in the new Trailblazer Community is a personalized homepage, integrating relevant learning and community content.
  • The new Trailblazer Community Feed is accessible on desktop and via the Trailhead GO mobile app

New Trailblazer Community features include:

  • Today Page: A personalized homepage that brings the Trailblazer Community feed, in-progress learning and recommended Trailhead modules into one destination.
  • Learning Panel: Surfaces relevant Trailhead learning content in the flow of community interactions on the Topics and Questions pages, by suggesting learning modules that match your conversations and questions.
  • Community in Trailhead GO: Brings the Trailblazer Community to mobile through Trailhead GO, Trailhead's free mobile app. Members will be able to post questions to the Community to get answers quickly and access direct messages to connect with Trailblazers from anywhere.

$700K Year Up grant will help close the opportunity gap for young people

As part of Salesforce's continued commitment to closing the opportunity gap for young people, the company also announced a new $700,000 grant to non-profit and long-time partner Year Up.
