Salesforce Taking Things Slow with Agentforce

Salesforce (CRM) customers have to adapt their corporate culture as they add the company's AI product Agentforce to their workforce. Alex Zukin from Wolfe Research says the adoption of Agentforce is slow but a positive sign. He joins Caroline Hyde and Jackie Davalos on "Bloomberg Technology."
