Its major products include chemical vapor deposition (CVD) equipment, which is used to form semiconductor films, insulating film and thin metallic film that are used for manufacturing semiconductors and electronic parts; etching equipment, which is used in the micro-fabrication of materials such as semiconductor film and insulating film that lie on the surfaces of semiconductor substrates; cleaning equipment, which dry cleans the surfaces of substrates, as well as parts and other specialty equipment. The Company's products are used in fields that involve optical electronics, electronic parts, silicon, implementation and surface treatment, display devices and other fields. The Company also provides related maintenance service.
