SAMEX Mining Corp. is an exploration-stage mining company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in South America, particularly in the country of Chile. The Company focuses its exploration activities on the search for deposits of precious and base metals. In Chile, the Company holds an interest in the Los Zorros district copper-gold-silver prospects, the Chimberos copper-gold-silver prospects, the Inca copper-gold-molybdenum prospects and the Espejismo gold prospects. The Los Zorros Property is in the Atacama region of northern Chile, located approximately 60 kilometers south of the city of Copiapo, Chile. The Chimberos Property is a silver-gold-copper prospect located about 75 kilometers north of the city of Copiapo. The INCA property is in the Atacama region of Chile, located approximately 90 kilometers north of the city of Copiapo, Chile. The Espejismo gold prospects are located in Chile.
