Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (OM:SBB B) entered into an agreement to acquire an additional 8.5% stake in Amasten Fastighets AB (OM:AMAST) from Eiendomsspar AS for approximately SEK 850 million.

Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (OM:SBB B) entered into an agreement to acquire an additional 8.5% stake in Amasten Fastighets AB (publ) (OM:AMAST) from Eiendomsspar AS (OTCNO:EISP) for approximately SEK 850 million on Novmebr 18, 2021. As per the transaction, Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) will acquire an additional 63.91 million shares. The transactions is expected to close on 30 November 2021.
