In two transactions with different buyers, Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB
(publ) ("SBB") is selling nine properties (public offices and judical
properties) for an agreed property value of approximately NOK 1,200m. Agreed
property values are approximately 20 percent above external valuations as of Q4
2020 and approximately 4 percent higher than external valuations as of Q1 2021.

"The transactions once again show the liquidity of our assets and the unique
abilty of our Real Estate M&A team to create value. The sales of properties in
the public office and judicial segments are completely in line with SBB's focus
on properties for care, school and elderly care and to achieve a BBB+ credit
rating. We have now sold for a total of approximately NOK 2,200m in Norway in
2021 for agreed property values approximately 20 percent above the turn-of-the
-year valuations and 11 percent above the Q1 2021 valuations, which shows the
strong Norwegian market and value potential in SBB's portfolio," says Oscar
Lekander, Head of Business Development at Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB.
