Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A005930) signed an agreement to acquire FlÄKtgroup Deutschland GmbH from Triton Fund IV, a fund managed by Triton for ?1.5 billion on May 14, 2025. As part of the acquisition, Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd will acquire all shares in FlÄKtgroup. The acquisition reinforces Samsung?s commitment to expanding and strengthening its HVAC business. For the period ended December 31, 2024, FlÄKtgroup Deutschland GmbH reported a revenue of ?700 million. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions and is expected to close within 2025.
