Booyoung Named Preferred Bidder For Samsung Office Building

Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A000810) has confirmed that Booyoung Co., Ltd. has been named a preferred bidder to acquire its former head office building in central Seoul. Shinhan Card Co., Ltd., Tong Yang Asset Management Corp and IGIS Asset Management Co., Ltd had also
participated in the bidding that was held August 5, 2016.
Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance Co Ltd is a Korea-based insurance company specialized in the non-life insurance business. The Companyâs non-life insurance products include fire insurance, marine insurance, technology insurance, automobile insurance, accident insurance, liability insurance, overseas casualty insurance, long-term insurance, personal pension insurance and enterprise insurance, among others.
