Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. reported non consolidated earnings results for the month and year to date period ended June 2017. For the month of June 2017, the company reported direct premium decreased by 0.5% year on year to KRW 1,538.6 billion. Net profit increased by 42.4% to KRW 71.5 billion.
For the year to date period ended June 2017. the company reported direct premium increased by 1.7% year on year to KRW 9,183.2 billion. Net profit increased by 51.2% to KRW 779.8 billion.
