Notice Concerning Issuance of Investment Corporation Bonds

Samty Residential Investment Corporation ("Samty Residential") announces that it decided on the issuance of investment corporation bonds based on the comprehensive resolution regarding the issuance of investment corporation bonds at its board of directors' meeting held on November 27, 2020, as follows.

2. Reasons for Issuance

Samty Residential decided to conduct the issuance of the Investment Corporation Bonds with an aim to use part of the funds procured for the repayment of existing borrowings as well as to lengthen borrowing periods of interest-bearing debt, fix interest rates, disperse repayment dates, and diversify fund procurement methods.

3. Amount, Use, and Scheduled Outlay of Funds to Be Procured

  2. Specific use of funds to be procured and scheduled outlay
    Funds procured will be used as part of funds for the repayment of borrowings with a repayment date of January 31, 2022.
