Subject: Allotment of Bonus Shares
Dear Sir / Madam,

This is further to our letter dated August 16, 2022, thereby informing regarding recommendation of the Board of Directors for issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1 (one) bonus equity share against 2 (two) existing equity shares and letter dated September 23, 2022, thereby informing regarding approval of the shareholders for issue of aforesaid bonus shares by way of an Ordinary Resolution via Postal Ballot.

The Board of Directors of the Company on October 6, 2022 has approved and allotted 225,88,07,122 (Two Hundred Twenty Five Crores Eighty Eight Lakhs Seven Thousand One Hundred and Twenty Two) Equity Shares of face value of INR 1/- (Rupee One) each aggregating to INR 225,88,07,122/- (Rupees Two Hundred Twenty Five Crores Eighty Eight Lakhs Seven Thousand One Hundred Twenty Two Only) as fully paid-up bonus shares. The bonus shares allotted by the Company shall rank pari passu with existing equity shares of the Company.

The above is submitted pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
