SAMYUNG ENC Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A065570) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 5,000 million worth of shares pursuant to trust contract with Daishin Securities Co., Ltd. The purpose of the program is to stabilize stock price and increase the shareholder value. The program will expire on March 7, 2022. As of September 5, 2021, the company had no shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and had no shares in treasury through other repurchase.
Samyung ENC Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of marine electronic equipment.
