San Far Property Limited is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the development and distribution of properties. The Company mainly operates through two business segments. The Construction segment is principally engaged in the development, leasing and sales of residential and commercial buildings, as well as the civil engineering and construction operation businesses. The Audio and Video Products segment is mainly engaged in the production, publication and sales of compact discs (CDs), digital video disks (DVDs) and other audio and video products, as well as the importing and exporting businesses. The Company mainly operates its businesses in domestic market, include the New Taipei City, Taipei City, Kaohsiung City and Tainan City.
