ownership below the 5% threshold of shares outstanding in Sandnes Sparebank
(SEDOL 4963068) on February 17, 2020.  Before this transaction, as of February
16, 2020, Arbiter held 1,609,646 shares of Sandnes Sparebank or 6.99% of the
shares outstanding.  On February 17, 2020, Arbiter sold 1,569,697 shares of
Sandnes Sparebank triggering this disclosure obligation.  After this
transaction, as of February 17, 2020, Arbiter held 39,949 shares of Sandnes
Sparebank.
