Sandy Spring Bancorp, Inc. at its annual general meeting held on June 4, 2020 appointed Brian J. Lemek and Christina B. O’Meara to the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors and Walter Clayton Martz II to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
Sandy Spring Bancorp, Inc. is the bank holding company for Sandy Spring Bank (the Bank).
