Notice Concerning Change in Organization at the Asset Management Company

(Establishment of Sustainability Promotion Office)

SANKEI REAL ESTATE Inc. ("SANKEI REAL ESTATE") announces that the change in organization (establishment of Sustainability Promotion Office) was decided as follows by Sankei Building Asset Management Co., Ltd., the asset management company to which SANKEI REAL ESTATE entrusts the management of its assets (the "Asset Management Company").

1. Details of the Change in Organization

In order to implement and execute the "Sustainability Policy" (established on March 23, 2021) stipulated in SANKEI REAL ESTATE's management guidelines, the Asset Management Company established the

"Sustainability Promotion System Rules" on March 24, 2021, regarding the establishment of various policies, the internal structure of the Asset Management Company, basic policies on cooperating with external stakeholders and information disclosure and other matters related to sustainability, and decided to establish the "Sustainability Promotion Office" with an aim to further expand the sustainability promotion system.

2. Businesses Implemented by the Sustainability Promotion Office Related to the Asset Management for SANKEI REAL ESTATE

• Matters related to sustainability stipulated in the Sustainability Promotion System Rules
• Matters regarding sustainability-related research, analysis, and verification
• Matters regarding sustainability-related disclosure
• Matters regarding acquisition of environmental certification for assets under management of SANKEI REAL ESTATE and other matters on environmental response
• Matters regarding membership and signature to environmental organizations by the Asset Management Company and SANKEI REAL ESTATE
• Matters regarding preparation and management of books, documents and reports related to responsible operations
• Matters incidental to the above

3. Date of Change December 1, 2021

Reporting and notifications with regard to this matter will be conducted in accordance with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, the Real Estate Brokerage Act, and other applicable laws and regulations.
