Sankyo Co., Ltd. announced consolidated and non-consolidated earnings results for the full year ended March 31, 2021. For the year, on consolidated basis, the company reported net sales of JPY 58,129 million compared to JPY 78,416 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 6,587 million compared to JPY 12,551 million a year ago. Net income was JPY 5,749 million compared to JPY 13,045 million a year ago. Net income per share was JPY 93.97 compared to JPY 183.43 a year ago. Fully diluted net income per share was JPY 93.08 compared to JPY 172.69 a year ago.
