With the resignation of Shoji Omori, the number of corporate auditors will be three, which satisfies the required number as stipulated by laws and regulations and the Company's Articles of Incorporation. Following Mr. Omori's resignation, the Company's Board of Corporate Auditors will comprise two outside corporate auditors, one an attorney-at-law and the other a certified public accountant, and one standing corporate auditor with experience working at a financial institution. The Company therefore believes that the Board will continue to have sufficient expertise to ensure its effectiveness.
