Sansiri Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to inform you that QEW (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary in which the Company indirectly owns 100% of the issued and paid up capital (engaging in business of events management and full wedding planning services in Thailand and worldwide), had already registered its dissolution with the Ministry of Commerce on 11 August 2020. Currently, this subsidiary is in liquidation process.

The dissolution of the above company does not affect the Company's operations due to there is no operation of this subsidiary at the moments.
