Sansiri Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to inform you that the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 8/2020 held on 14 August 2020, has resolved to approve the interim

dividend omission from the operating results of the first six-month period of the year 2020, to the shareholders of the Company, since the Company has to preserve its cash flow to support the potential impact in regard to the outbreak of the new Coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
