Sansiri Public Company Limited has completed the registration with the Registrar of Public Company Division, Business Development Department, Ministry of Commerce on 3 August 2020 regarding the amendment clause 4 of the Company's Memorandum of Association (increase of the registered capital), from16,224,125,722.40 Baht to be the new registered capitalof 21,146,125,722.40 Baht by divided into 19,762,734,320 shares with the par value of 1.07 Baht each.
