Sansiri Public Company Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that, in order to enhance the good corporate governance regarding the rights and equitable treatment of shareholders, the Company will offer the shareholders the rights to propose matter to be included as an agenda, as well as propose qualified candidate to be nominated as the Company's director ahead of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the year 2020, from 6 January 2020 to 13 February 2020.
