The Company operates through its subsidiaries, including Santander Bank, National Association (the Bank) and Santander Consumer USA Holdings Inc. (together with its subsidiaries, SC). The Company's segments include Retail Banking, which consists of the Bank's branch locations and the residential mortgage business; Auto Finance & Business Banking, which provides indirect consumer leasing, as well as commercial loans to dealers and financing for commercial vehicles and municipal equipment; Real Estate and Commercial Banking, which offers commercial real estate loans, multi-family loans, commercial loans and the Bank's related commercial deposits; Global Corporate Banking (GCB), which serves the needs of global commercial and institutional customers, and SC, which is a specialized consumer finance company focused on vehicle finance and unsecured consumer lending products.
