Announcement of the acquisition of Bolton Gate Services Ltd. UK

Sanwa Holdings Corporation (hereinafter "Sanwa") is pleased to announce that Novoferm Group (hereinafter "NF Group"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Sanwa, has acquired the 100% shares of Bolton Gate Services Ltd. (hereinafter "BGS"), who conduct service business for industrial doors in UK.

1. Purpose of the acquisition

Sanwa is operating in four main regions globally, namely Japan, U.S., Europe, and Asia, aiming to be a global major player in steel building materials industry. NF Group is operating its business throughout Europe.

NF Group has acquired Alpha Deuren International B.V., an industrial doors manufacturer in Netherlands, in 2014, and also Norsud Gestion SAS, who manufacture, sell, install, and service industrial doors in France, in 2016, to enhance non-residential /industrial doors business.

The acquisition of BGS will enhance it further, through strengthened service network in UK.
