WALLDORF (dpa-AFX) - Europe's largest software group SAP has acquired the Bonn-based software management company LeanIX. This was announced by the Dax Group from Walldorf in Baden-Württemberg on Wednesday. The companies did not disclose the purchase price. The "Handelsblatt" newspaper reported on the impending takeover in September. According to the newspaper's information at the time, LeanIX was able to achieve a valuation of just under 1.2 billion euros.
